We accept returns only for the following reasons:

1. The product is damaged and/or defective.
2. The item does not match the online description.

If you meet any of the above cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the returned goods, or you can apply for a refund by filling out the contact Form. If you are not satisfied with your item and it is not faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving the goods, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation

• We produce non-jewelry products (such as t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, etc.) as soon as a client places an order. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees ranging from 25% to 50%. Once fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to cancel your order.
• Jewelry orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 days. Once the package is sent, we are unable to cancel your order. However, you may return the items after receiving them (return shipping costs are to be covered by the customers).

User Warranties

In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.
